Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within:

30 Days of Delivery

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Uncut

  • Uncolored

  • Unaltered

  • Free of odor, makeup, glue, spray, or styling products

  • In original condition and packaging

  • With lace uncut and intact

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Including:

  • Custom cap sizes

  • Colored wigs

  • Highlight wigs

  • Bleached knots customization

  • Pre-plucked customizations

  • Special density requests

  • Trimmed or styled wigs

Final Sale Items

Products marked:

  • Final Sale

  • Clearance

  • Flash Sale

  • Gift items

  • Accessories

Used Products

Any item showing signs of:

  • Wear

  • Washing

  • Styling

  • Lace cutting

  • Product application

  • Odor or damage

Cannot be returned.

  • Eligible size or style changes

Exchange requests must be submitted within:
7 Days of Delivery

Exchanged items must meet all return eligibility requirements.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs for voluntary exchanges.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • Manufacturing defect

48 Hours of Delivery

Include clear photos/videos of:

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

  • Issue details

Once verified, Verawig will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

Depending on the situation.


Return Shipping Fees

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product is defective

  • The issue was caused by Verawig

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using:

  • Trackable shipping

  • Insurance coverage

Verawig is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.


Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Minor signs of handling

  • Missing packaging

  • Non-original condition

  • Refused shipments

  • Returned packages with damage not caused by Verawig


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled within:
24 Hours of Purchase

For a full refund.

After Processing Begins

Once production or customization has started:

  • Cancellation fees may apply

  • Partial refunds may be issued

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Customers may request a return after delivery if eligible.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Undeliverable

  • Unclaimed

The customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Customs charges

  • Re-shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Important Hygiene Notice

For health and hygiene reasons, we encourage customers to inspect wigs carefully before:

  • Cutting lace

  • Wearing outdoors

  • Applying products

  • Styling or altering the hair

Once the wig has been used, returns cannot be accepted.


Return Address

Please do not return items to the sender address on the package.

Our support team will provide the correct authorized return address after approval.
